• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 days after dispatch

We ship worldwide excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other specified regions. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local conditions.

5.3 Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and reporting any issues within 48 hours.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This policy applies to all our collections including Aurea drinkware, Athena Bowls, Bar Excellence range, and British Made Glassware collections.

To maintain our high standards of hygiene and quality, the following cannot be returned:

• Used drinkware (health and safety reasons)
• Personalised or custom-made items from our Armchair Spirits or special collections
• Opened food-serving items such as bowls and platters

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 additional business days.
